Job summary

Imprivata is seeking a Mobile Access Management Managed Services Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role based out of the Waltham, MA office. You will lead implementation, ongoing administration, and optimization of Imprivata MAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will perform technical analysis, planning, configuration, and proactive guidance to maximize security, efficiency, and customer value, while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in software industry implementing enterprise software.
• 3+ years implementing and administering MDM/UEM (Workspace ONE, Intune, Jamf Pro, Ivanti Neurons).
• 3+ years supporting healthcare customers and clinicians.
• Experience with SaaS integrations, REST, SSO; scripting a plus.
• Basic networking/security concepts; TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, TLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform environment assessments and provide strategic guidance to maximize value.
• Lead customer relationships and support Managed Services renewals.
• Administer and optimize the MAM environment for cloud/on‑prem.
• Configure, deploy, test, and optimize MAM solutions and integrations.
• Monitor health, risks, metrics, and customer trends; drive resolution.
• Lead customer meetings and communicate health and roadmap priorities.
• Create documentation, collateral, and CRM records.
• Deliver training and enablement for teams and partners.
• Act as voice of the customer to Product teams for improvements.
• Occasionally lead onsite assessments and on-call support.
