Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license in NM or AZ (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• 10+ years in civil/geotechnical engineering, mining sector preferred.
• Experience with earthworks, foundations, mine waste, tailings, heap leach pads, water management.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead engineer for civil and geotechnical mining infrastructure projects with accountability for quality, safety & regulatory compliance.
• Plan, design guidance, and manage active and closure mining projects.
• Prepare and manage scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables; participate in permitting processes.
