Capstone Copper Pinto Valley in central Arizona is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive large civil mining projects from concept through commissioning. You will develop proposals, manage budgets, coordinate with HSEC, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Cost teams, and ensure safety and project goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and construction partners, using SAP and CAD tools, maintaining documentation, and leading meetings to deliver on time and within

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years' experience in large civil mining projects.
• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, design changes, and project QA documentation.
• Experience with cost and schedule reporting, scope changes, commissioning turnover and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large CapEx/OpEx projects with budgets and KPIs across HSEC, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Cost.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates and coordinate with third parties for engineering solutions.
• Manage contractors, evaluate bids, ensure safety, schedule, and quality compliance.
