Job summary

Geocgi is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) MCICOM. The role analyzes real property assets, delivers data-driven insights, and coordinates across military and civilian stakeholders to optimize the USMC infrastructure lifecycle.

The position is hybrid with primary remote work and 1–3 on-site days weekly at the Pentagon location in Washington, DC. Strong data skills, communication, and knowledge of facility lifecycle practices are essential.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in facility management, asset management, and/or real property workflows (Bachelor’s)
  • 2+ years with Master’s in related field is acceptable
  • Ability to translate data findings into decision-making products
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks and timelines
  • Knowledge of facility lifecycle management, enterprise planning, or real property coordination

Reporting Hours: Eastern Business Hours

Geocgi is looking for an Asset Management Analyst to support our client, United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM). The candidate will support USMC asset management and real property workflows and initiatives. This role focuses on the wholistic infrastructure management necessary to aid the USMC in the management of their infrastructure portfolio. The Asset Management Analyst will work with USMC stakeholders to provide data, analytics, insights, and consulting to sustain and optimize the USMC infrastructure lifecycle. They will work closely with military, civilians, other contractors and USMC sections to coordinate and integrate activities across the command. This position is a hybrid opportunity with the primary location of performance remote but occasional workdays on-site, 1-3 days per week or as requested by client at the Pentagon; 1400 Defense Program, Washington DC 20301.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis on real property assets to highlight utilization, condition evaluations, and overall force readiness.
  • Identify strategic trends to support long term planning, sustainment and mission readiness objectives.
  • Validate, reconcile, and integrate asset management data with appropriate authoritative sources.
  • Review and validate Basic Facility Requirements against applicable Department of War standards.
  • Support planning and base loading activities across the USMC Installation portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all asset management data and system requirements are documented, met, and support enterprise level analytical capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for enterprise asset management and lifecycle optimization.
  • Support the creation of policy, briefs, and white papers as necessary.

The following arerequirementsof the Asset Management Analyst:
  • 4+ (with a Bachelor’s degree) or 2+ (with a Master’s degree) years of experience working in facility management, asset management, and/or real property workflows
  • Ability to perform analysis on a variety of authoritative sources within the facility management portfolio.
  • Ability to translate data findings into decision‑making products.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks and timelines alongside team leads.
  • Knowledge of facility lifecycle management practices, enterprise planning concepts, or real property coordination workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve complex problems.Excellent writing and communication skills.
The following arepreferredof the Asset Management Analyst:
  • Experience supporting USMC or Department of War (DoW) Installation Management.
  • Experience with USMC Authoritative Systems (iNFADS, FI Web, GEOFidelis, etc.).
  • Experience with Federal and/or DoW Facility Management requirements and standards.
  • Facility Management data reconciliation experience to include GIS.
  • Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise ecosystem, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Desktop/Pro.
  • Project Management certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Facilities Management certification such as Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM).

The annual base salary range for this position is anticipated to be $75,000 $95,000 USD. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position.
