Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Facilities Program Management Specialist to support Marine Corps installation programs. You will maintain the IMS weekly, track milestones, and draft MSRs for leadership visibility, while analyzing data and updating dashboards to keep projects aligned with priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, installation operations, or infrastructure project tracking.
• Experience assisting with project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, or documentation management.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, dashboards, or technical documentation for programs or facilities projects.
• Knowledge of program management practices, installation operations, or project lifecycle activities.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support documentation, scheduling, scoping, or project tracking requirements.
• Ability to use project management or tracking tools such as MS Project, Excel dashboards, or SharePoint-based documentation systems.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• PMP Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) weekly and track milestones.
• Draft Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for Government leaders with clear visibility.
• Collect and analyze project data, update dashboards, ensure alignment with installation priorities.
• Coordinate project documentation and support schedule reviews across stakeholders.
• Monitor execution progress and assist with data-driven decision-making for Public Works, engineering, and operations.
