Geospatial Consulting Group International, LLC (geocgi) is seeking a Facilities Management Analyst to support USMC MILCON workflows for MCICOM. The role is hybrid with primary work performed remotely and 1–3 days per week on-site at the Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301.

The analyst will work with USMC stakeholders to provide data, analytics, insights, and consulting to optimize capital investments, master planning, and force design across MILCON projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in facility management, master planning, asset mgmt or MILCON workflows.
• Ability to analyze MILCON data from authoritative sources.
• Ability to translate data findings into decision-making products.
• Knowledge of facility lifecycle management, MILCON practices, and enterprise planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor master planning efforts and MILCON projects across USMC portfolios.
• Perform analysis to support master planning and space requirements.
• Define and document execution metrics for MILCON projects.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting for program execution tracking.
• Develop automated reporting solutions for MILCON projects and financial data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document data and system requirements.
