Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship.
• 4+ years in facility/asset management with a bachelor’s, or 2+ years with a master’s.
• Ability to analyze data from authoritative sources within facility management portfolios.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on real property assets to highlight utilization and readiness.
• Identify strategic trends to support long-term planning and readiness.
• Validate and integrate asset data with authoritative sources.
• Review facility requirements against DoW standards.
• Support planning and base loading across the USMC portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document data and system requirements.
• Provide guidance on enterprise asset management and lifecycle optimization.
• Prepare policy briefs and white papers as needed.
