Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Deal Closer responsible for the setup and funding of corporate syndicated loan transactions for Commercial Bank and Corporate & Investment Bank Clients. This role involves direct contact with attorneys, borrowers, and lenders to support the operational aspects of syndicated loan closings.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in loans or credit. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services (Loans, Credit), Legal or Business Consulting industry.
• General accounting knowledge.
• Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide deal origination and execution support to Debt Capital Markets and Credit Risk Management.
• Manage the process of contacting investors and obtaining administrative information associated with new deals.
• Initiate initial funding on new deals and restructurings.

Skills

1-3 years of experience in Financial Services

General accounting knowledge
