Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a Credit Operations Administrator to support the loan operations team within Credit Operations. This role helps maintain standards, support process docs, follow procedures, and contribute to a strong client experience.

You will participate in training, drive accuracy, review credit agreements, enter loan data, and assist with reconciliation and reporting. Hybrid schedule: three days in office, two remote, US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing and private credit structures.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidelines to maintain operational excellence.
• Drive accuracy, timeliness, and control throughout the credit process.
• Review and interpret credit agreements and loan notices.
• Enter loan data updates in loan operations system.
• Reconciliation and reporting.
• Respond to client and internal inquiries promptly; escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in required training sessions.
