Transamerica is seeking a Intermediate Business Application Support Analyst to join the Global Technology Services team. In Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO; or Philadelphia, PA, you will define business requirements, coordinate QA testing, and support critical enterprise apps across functional domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver reliable solutions, maintain documentation, and drive improvements through automation and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge with 2–4 years in listed areas.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

The BAOS team partners with internal clients, external application vendors and GTS team members across the world to provide business requirements definition, software quality assurance and on-going maintenance of global applications that are used to support the business needs of Aegon.**Job Description**## **Responsibilities** ### Business Analysis * Define and document business requirements related to system functionality, performance, security, internal controls, application support, and operational processes.* Document current-state and future-state processes for gap analysis, process improvement opportunities, automation opportunities, and training purposes;
