Lydecker in Miami is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-3+ years of civil defense litigation, licensed to practice in Florida, to work in our General Liability practice. Under a partner's supervision, you will defend premises liability and personal injury matters and other general liability cases.

First-year attorneys are welcome. The role requires strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple cases, take and defend depositions, draft motions and discovery, and appear in court when

Qualifications

• FL bar license in good standing.
• JD from ABA-approved law school.
• 0-3+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
• Experience with depositions, motions, discovery, and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Billable work required.
• Draft/review petitions, complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
• Attend hearings and meetings with clients as requested.
• Prepare for and attend depositions.
• Assist with preparation for mediations and trials.
