Job summary

Our client, a leading international law firm in Miami, seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Trial & Defense Practice Group. You will defend a broad range of complex civil matters, including general and premises liability, product liability, and high-exposure tort cases, working closely with seasoned litigators.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active Florida Bar admission, and at least 3 years of substantive litigation experience.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed analyses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Interview clients and witnesses; communicate case status and strategy to clients.
