Qualifications

• Florida bar license in good standing is required.
• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Minimum 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
• Experience managing up to 30 cases, depositions, court appearances, motions, and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and respond to petitions, motions, and discovery.
• Attend hearings and meetings with clients as requested.
• Prepare for and attend depositions.
• Assist with mediation and trial preparation.
• Must be willing and able to bill clients as assigned.
