Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to manage MHPAEA-related tasks across departments. You will collaborate with leadership and internal teams to document, educate, and improve parity compliance processes.

The role supports a hybrid work model in Minnesota, with direct reporting to the Director and Lead Counsel, Mental Health Parity Compliance. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related health solutions/services professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, two extra years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies key issues to assist parity compliance team members and business owners.
• Develops, implements, and oversees cross-functional activities to educate on MHPAEA requirements.
• Develops program plans, timelines, and deliverables for parity analyses.
• Delivers high quality solutions within aggressive timeframes and ensures stakeholder satisfaction.
