Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is hiring a Manager, Regulatory Change Management in hybrid Minnesota. You will lead the team responsible for interpreting laws and regulations across Medicare, Medicaid and DHS programs, and ensure timely implementation of impact analyses and work plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, with 1+ staff, team lead or project lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and processes for intake, interpretation and distribution of laws across Medicare/Medicaid and DHS programs.
• Oversee regulatory change management to develop impact analyses and implementation workplans.
• Provide Medicare subject matter guidance and compliance oversight to Marketing Materials Review when needed.
