Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a MHPAEA Compliance Lead to collaborate across departments, ensuring adherence to MHPAEA, its regulations, and state requirements. You will report to the Manager, Mental Health Parity and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role is hybrid with Minnesota-based work, focusing on program development, audits, and regulator-facing responses to maintain parity standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of health solutions/services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Identify key issues to assist parity compliance team members and business owners.
• Develop, implement, and oversee cross-functional activities to educate on and document MHPAEA compliance.
• Develop and update program plans, timelines, and deliverables coordinating multiple sub-processes for parity analyses.
• Deliver high-quality solutions with tight timeframes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a communication plan with leadership for the initiative.
