Qualifications

• 7+ years of related health solutions/services professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies key issues to assist parity compliance team members and business owners.
• Develops, implements, and oversees cross-functional activities to educate on and document MHPAEA compliance.
• Develops and updates program plans, timelines, and deliverables coordinating multiple sub-processes for parity analyses.
• Delivers high quality solutions within tight deadlines with stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develops a communication plan to support the initiative with leadership and internal stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted

Master's degree (preferred)
