Responsibilities

• Investigate meter reading exceptions, communication failures, and related issues to identify root causes.
• Analyze meter, AMI/AMR, billing, customer, and operations data to identify barriers and plan corrective action.
• Coordinate with Meter Operations, Field Services, AMI Operations, Billing, Customer Operations, and others to assign and track resolutions.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely completion of required work.
• Evaluate feedback to determine if further investigation is needed for full resolution.
• Verify meter readings after corrective actions and ensure data is ready for billing.
