Job summary

Qualifications

4+ years in Merchant Services, Payments, or related analytical field.
Experience analyzing data and making recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
Understanding of merchant pricing concepts and cost structures.
Ability to collaborate with sales, relationship management, operations, and risk teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze merchant pricing requests and evaluate financial impacts related to revenue, profitability, risk, and client competitiveness.
Partner with Merchant Services Sales and Relationship Managers to support pricing decisions and client relationship strategies.
Review merchant business characteristics, including transaction volume, processing trends, seasonality, and cost structures.
Prepare data-driven recommendations using financial, operational, and business insights.
Use Excel, reporting tools, and business intelligence resources to support pricing analysis, reporting, and modeling.
Manage multiple pricing requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
