Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Finance Analyst 3 – Merchant Services Deal Pricing Analyst to support pricing opportunities and drive profitability for merchant clients. Based in Tempe, AZ (Pref) with potential TX/IA opportunities, you will build pricing models, analyze volumes, and advise on negotiated terms with Sales and Risk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Merchant Services, Payments, Financial Services, Operations, Pricing, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Strong experience in financial, pricing, revenue, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of merchant pricing concepts, including interchange, assessments, processing fees, and cost structures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze merchant pricing requests and provide profitability-based recommendations.
• Evaluate merchant portfolios, volumes, trends, seasonality, and cost structures.
• Develop pricing models and financial analyses using advanced Excel techniques.
• Prepare reporting and business insights to support pricing decisions and negotiations.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to evaluate opportunities and client requests.
• Assess financial impacts and identify optimal pricing strategies.
• Review and analyze moderately complex finance and pricing challenges to support objectives.
• Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders using clear data-driven analysis.
• Support ongoing process improvements and pricing governance initiatives.
