Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and Low Voltage System estimating experience.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Electrical/Technology/LV System trades.
• Communicate estimates to staff, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Perform constructability analysis and provide first cost analysis.
