Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Electrical / Mechanical Estimator for a multi-phase pharmaceutical construction project. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, coordinating site activities, and engaging with contractors to ensure transparency in pricing. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of specialized estimating experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields. This full-time role is based in Lebanon, Indiana, with an attractive salary range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of estimating experience, ideally in BioPharma or high-tech manufacturing.
• Proficient in the use of estimation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical/process systems.
• Engage with contractors to analyze pricing breakdowns.
• Routinely visit the project site to coordinate with the team.
