Job summary

A leading construction firm in Seattle seeks an MEP Estimator to prepare detailed estimates based on design documents and specifications. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of MEP estimating experience. Responsibilities include analyzing project documents, collaborating with local suppliers, and preparing estimates for various contract types. This position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $215,000 annually and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related MEP estimating experience.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret contract documents and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates based on design documents and specifications.
• Communicate estimates to team and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals for coverage and risk.
