Qualifications

• Background in sales, fundraising, or community outreach.

• Fluent with Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies across counties.
• Lead informational meetings and convert families into members.
• Build relationships with school districts and community partners.
• Provide coaching and support to volunteers to improve retention.
• Track recruitment metrics and manage regional admin duties.
