Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit development, donor services, or business operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong proficiency with data-entry systems and database maintenance.
• Advanced competence in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel-based data manipulation.
• Experience leading operations, driving process and system improvements, and working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated effective organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end membership and donation processing, ensuring timely acknowledgments and data maintenance.
• Set operational strategy and priorities to support fundraising goals.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Establish team priorities, workload distribution, and accountability for outcomes.
• Serve as operational lead for membership and fundraising systems and data hygiene.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communications and donor engagement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and data integrations with external systems.
