Job summary

This full-time position offers a hybrid work model with in-person training for 90 days. Typical shifts are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, with Saturday mornings; live near Faribault for in-person requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or professional experience working with people and/or cash handling experience required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Time management to prioritize workload
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Desire to provide exceptional service to members and employees
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Sitting most of the day with some standing and light physical requirements
• Face-to-face interaction and coordination with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Assist members with accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions
• Provide education on self-serve options to members
• Verify endorsements and IDs on deposit transactions
• Execute wire or ACH transfers of funds
• Issue debit, credit, and gift cards instantly
• Troubleshoot card issues and online banking questions
• Balance cash drawer and branch vault with currency logs
• Perform other duties as assigned
