Job summary

Clever Care Health Plan in Huntington Beach is seeking a Broker Sales Manager to drive enrollments through contracted Agencies and Agents. The BSM will support existing relationships, develop new ones, and help with growth strategy while meeting in person at agencies, events, and provider locations.

This hybrid role requires travel to meet agents, conduct presentations, and manage campaigns. Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and licensing in California are essential.

Qualifications

• Active California Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Experience with Insurance Agencies/Agents/Field Marketing Organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and government programs.
• Experience serving senior citizens and low-income communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and grow the Agency distribution channel in the assigned market.
• Encourage agents and agencies to sell Clever Care products to clients and community.
• Build and manage relationships with providers and community organizations.
• Lead sales presentations and events to educate prospects.
• Track campaigns and weekly activity with ROI-focused reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and Clever Care guidelines in all activities.
