GCX Corporation is seeking a Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist in Franklin, MA. You will manage customer inquiries, quotes, and purchase orders, and coordinate returns while ensuring accurate data in ERP systems and adherence to regulatory requirements.

This hybrid, full-time role offers exposure to OEM, resellers, and distributors, with opportunities to improve processes using Excel, IFS, and Power BI, and to contribute to ongoing customer satisfaction and team success.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in Customer Support, Order Processing, or similar roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; medical device regulated industry preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and ticketing platforms; IFS ERP a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and OTC process.
• Process quotes and purchase orders; manage returns and RMAs.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP; coordinate with Sales and Operations on availability.
• Provide product, pricing, order status, and shipping information to customers.
