Job summary

GCX is seeking a Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist in Franklin, MA. The role combines customer service, quotes, PO processing, returns, and sales support for a medical manufacturing company. Hybrid work arrangement available to qualified candidates.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and external partners to ensure accurate orders, timely responses, and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in Customer Support, Order Processing, Sales Support or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing environment; medical devices or regulated industry preferred.
• Experience supporting a Sales team and/or outside sales organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and OTC process.
• Process customer purchase orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to confirm availability and lead times.
• Respond to inquiries via Outlook and Freshdesk; provide pricing and order status.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction history in the ERP system.
• Assist with returns (RMA) processing and credits/exchanges as applicable.
