One Health in Sheridan, WY, seeks a Medical Assistant / Intake Coordinator to support patients and assist with scheduling and front-desk duties in a hybrid role. This entry-level position provides training and tools to succeed, with growth pathways including phlebotomy certification and career advancement.

The role combines clinical support with scheduling and check-in tasks at the Sheridan Depot Clinic, working full-time, 40 hours/week with a salary of roughly $18.80–$19.58 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or a CNA license is a plus.
• Two years' experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Proficiency in EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient support for examinations and procedures.
• Data entry and accurate patient records in EHR.
• Room preparation for patient examinations.
• Medication administration and injections as directed.
• Perform basic laboratory tests.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CMA/RMA or CMA CNA certification

Phlebotomy certification is a plus

Two years clinical experience
