Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA or RMA preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an urgent care or high-volume outpatient setting.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern EHR systems and digital scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, room patients, and capture accurate vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and clinical charting.
• Warmly greet patients, manage the check-in/check-out process, and verify details.
• Manage multi-line phones and schedule appointments.
