Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA or RMA preferred).
• 1–2 years in an urgent care, family medicine, or high‑volume outpatient setting.
• Hands‑on experience with modern EHR systems and digital scheduling platforms.
• Excellent multitasking and communication in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Back Office: Prepare exam rooms, room patients, capture vitals and histories; assist with exams and minor procedures; perform basic lab tests and phlebotomy; adhere to OSHA/HIPAA protocols.
• Front Office: Welcome patients, check‑in/out, verify demographics and insurance; collect payments; manage multi‑line phones; schedule appointments; maintain digital records in the EHR system.
