Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review patient charts prior to visits.

• Identify missing documentation and follow up.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and referrals.
• Maintain timely communication with facility staff.
• Enter information into EMR systems accurately and timely.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
