Mindgruve is seeking a Media Strategy Associate to join our Los Angeles media team in a hybrid role. You’ll contribute to the coordination, development, and implementation of media plans across TV, radio, search, and social campaigns.

You’ll work alongside 6+ media professionals, analyzing campaign goals and crafting strategies to reach target audiences. Ideal for candidates with 0–1 year in media planning/buying and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or communications.
• 0–1 year of media planning or buying experience.
• Working understanding of media, research resources, and terminology.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote skills.
• Excellent multitasking and deadline-driven abilities.
• Independent yet team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Analytical mindset with affinity for numbers and research.

Aufgaben

• Gather information to be used in the development of media plans.
• Partner with Media Strategists in the development of media plans and recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain buy details, and flowcharts and assist with budget reporting.
• Issue and maintain media insertion orders/contracts.
• Assist with campaign analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal departments.
• Contribute to the overall well-being of our accounts and the happiness of our clients.
• Bring fresh perspective and ideas while building foundational skills around smart, strategic media planning.
• Manage offline traffic responsibilities, including securing creative materials and delivering them to designated television and radio stations.
