You will develop CAD models in SolidWorks, perform analyses, and participate in prototype development and validation within a global fitness equipment organization. Hybrid on-site/in Ramsey, MN, for ~12 weeks in Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Mechanical Engineering bachelor's program.
• GPA 3.5+ preferred.
• Residency in Ramsey, MN area or nearby.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interns on a 12-week cross-functional case study project and present to leaders.
• Follow mechanical engineering procedures and design guidelines for projects.
• Use SolidWorks to develop and modify 3D CAD models and drawings for components.
• Perform engineering analyses including FEA, design calculations, and tolerance stack-up analyses.
• Support product development through design, evaluation, testing, and validation efforts.
• Contribute to a business-critical engineering project with measurable impact.
• Assist with prototype development, documentation, and product improvement.
