Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a 12-week cross-functional case study project and present recommendations to senior leaders and managers.
• Follow Mechanical Engineering procedures and design guidelines to complete projects.
• Develop and modify 3D CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks for metal and plastic components.
• Perform engineering analyses including FEA, design calculations, and tolerance stack‑up analyses.
• Support product development through design, evaluation, testing, and validation efforts.
• Contribute to a high-impact engineering project with measurable outcomes.
• Assist with prototype development, documentation, and product improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product management.
