Qualifications

• Must be local to the Chicagoland area and available for hybrid internship.
• Enrolled in a full‑time bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation in 2028 or 2029.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Product Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong academic standing (GPA 3.2+).
• Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into features and user stories.
• Collect and analyze market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Support delivery of console software enhancements and product initiatives.
• Work with hardware, biomechanics, cardio, and engineering teams to align roadmaps.
• Define product requirements and track project progress.
• Contribute to high-impact projects that drive product innovation and customer value.
• Gain exposure to full product development lifecycle.
