• 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering design and project delivery.
• Experience with Education, Healthcare or Government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across multiple projects, clients and teams.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members and clients.
• Mentor staff and develop team capabilities.
• Manage client requirements and serve as primary contact.
• Review quality and perform code-compliant design analyses.
• Oversee schedules from initial design through final construction.
• Assist with building plans and construction contracts development.
• Leverage prior knowledge to enhance design quality.
• Coordinate design work for integrated, cohesive outcomes.
