Jobot in Dallas is seeking a senior Lead Mechanical Engineer to head HVAC design for complex building projects, from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with codes and industry standards.

The role requires a PE, ABET degree, 8–10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with architecture and disciplines, prepare calculations, and support client relations, project development and business growth, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• Requires PE license and 8–10+ years of HVAC design experience for complex projects at an MEP or engineering consulting firm.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with client engagement, sustainable design, and LEED or another green rating system.
