Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in White Plains, NY. You will design and manage mechanical building systems, preparing calculations and drawings from schematics through construction for a variety of building types, including commercial, educational, healthcare, and hospitality facilities.

Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree with 6–8+ years of MEP experience and proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree required.
• 6–8+ years of experience at MEP/engineering consulting firms designing HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.
• Experience with direct client contact and project objectives development.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage mechanical building systems for diverse projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations and drawings from schematics through construction.
• Coordinate HVAC design with architecture, structure, and other disciplines.
• Assist in RFP processes and client development; support business development.
