Job summary

Dove Healthcare seeks an MDS Coordinator (RN) to oversee RAI/PPS activities across our South facility in a hybrid role. You will coordinate Medicare, insurance, VA programs, and maintain OBRA/PPS schedules.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to state and federal rules. One year MDS experience preferred; Wisconsin RN licensure and nursing degree required; strong time management and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• One-year MDS experience preferred.
• Current Wisconsin licensure as a registered nurse.
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring RAI/PPS activity.
• Oversight and coordination of Medicare, insurance, VA, and other programs.
• Maintaining OBRA and PPS schedules in a timely, accurate manner and electronic records per rules.
