Georgetown University is seeking an Operations Manager for the MBA Admissions team in the McDonough School of Business. The role supports Full-time, Part-time, and Part-time Online MBA programs, supervising a small student worker team and ensuring smooth application processing and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of admin experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with technology and Salesforce.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong writing ability for communications with applicants, students, faculty, staff, and vendors.
• Comfort with technology and standard office software; strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage logistics of the application process including data compilation, credential evaluation, and document preparation.
• Resolve admissions systems issues related to application processing, including Salesforce troubleshooting.
• Hire, train, and supervise operations student workers (approximately 4).
• Audit application files to maintain data integrity and adhere to timelines for decisions.
• Respond to applicant inquiries via phone and email and track issues to resolution.
