ABB is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment professional in the United States to lead end-to-end inventory planning, from requisition to customer invoice, with a hybrid work model in Medley, FL. You will set inventory targets and ensure replenishment through POs while supporting internal customer service inquiries.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in supply chain planning, MRP, and import/export processes, with strong communication skills and ERP aptitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement.
• 5+ years experience in inventory management, stock planning, and MRP analysis.
• 5+ years material planning experience related to import/export processes.
• ERP/SAP systems experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skillset.
• Knowledge of import and export documentation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate material delivery schedules with vendors and resolve delays.
• Maintain inventory parameters: safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time.
• Coordinate material planning with call-offs to convert requisitions into purchase orders.
• Generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify potential shortages or supply chain risks and mitigate to prevent disruptions.
