Job summary

Qnity seeks a SME in Advanced Planning and Scheduling to lead deployment and continuous improvement of digital planning processes. You will spearhead the OMP-based supply chain transformation, align SAP/MES data, and train users across global sites.

The role demands 5–8 years in supply chain or IT, strong leadership, and experience with APS/ERP integrations. This hybrid position is based in Wilmington, DE, offering a comprehensive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in supply chain or IT with complex requirements.
• Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP OTC/MM/PP and MES interfaces.
• APICS CPIM or Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OMP-based scheduling transformation across manufacturing.
• Coordinate master data, solution design, testing, and deployment with vendors.
• Ensure SAP/MES data integration at manufacturing sites.
• Drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Define enhancements and oversee implementation.
• Monitor usage, performance, and realized benefits.
• Provide training and support across global operations.
