DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Material Coordinator to join our Nationwide Service Team in Olathe, KS. You will manage material purchasing, item data, and supplier coordination for national accounts dock equipment, doors, and hollow metal.

You will track POs, maintain ERP item master, and monitor supplier performance while supporting production and logistics teams. Strong Excel and ERP skills help drive accuracy and efficiency.

Competenze

• Some college coursework in business, supply chain, project management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in purchasing, material coordination, inventory, or project coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems; IFS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization across multiple programs and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Place and track purchase orders for national account CapEx programs.
• Support program management with status updates and logistics coordination.
• Support dock and door programs for national accounts.
• Manage hotlist distribution and damage follow-up.
• Monitor vendor performance, including delivery, quality, and lead times.
• Create and maintain item records in the ERP, including locations, min/max, and labels.
• Process RMAs, returns, and supplier credits; reconcile invoices with POs.
