• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in coordination/marketing.

• Proficient with Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Problem-solver who can elevate or ask for support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dealer website, demand, and co-op marketing programs.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners and field sales teams.
• Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings to support on-time program delivery.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Support issue resolution with dealers in a timely manner.
• Provide proactive status updates to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
