Powersports Marketing Coordinator
Location: Horsham, PA (Onsite) Full-Time | Salaried
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of co-marketing programs in collaboration with vendor partners and internal teams. This role ensures that all initiatives align with Turn 14 Distribution’s strategic goals and brand standards while fostering strong vendor relationships and delivering measurable results.
Plan Development
Build from the Annual Marketing, Editorial, and Event Calendars to develop the annual co-marketing vendor program plan.
Collaborate with vendor partners on brand launches, press releases, event activations, advertising, social media, and more.
Establish and maintain strong communication with vendor partners, Creative and Media teams, stakeholders, and management.
Conduct outbound outreach to vendor partners to secure commitments for programs.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for vendors in collaboration with marketing team members.
Plan Execution
Execute all co-marketing vendor programs and track deliverables through the project management platform.
Develop copy for campaigns, aligning with company voice, style guide, and value proposition.
Write concise press releases and B2B product descriptions that reflect Turn 14 Distribution’s tone and brand identity.
Measurement of Results
Provide status updates during department and team meetings.
Measure, track, and report on success metrics for each program.
Compile results and updates for monthly reports to marketing leadership.
Other Duties as Assigned
Provide support to team members and Marketing Manager as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Automotive and/or powersports technical knowledge strongly preferred.
Proficiency in project and stakeholder management.
Experience with project management tools (Jira preferred).
Proficient in Google Workspace apps.
Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to write for internal and external audiences, particularly press releases and B2B product storytelling.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under tight deadlines, and demonstrate critical thinking.
Comfortable working with stakeholders to conceptualize, schedule, and deliver content that meets brand standards.
Travel required up to 30%.
