Job summary

Feed My Starving Children is seeking a Marketing & Communications professional in Minnesota to support planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects. The role focuses on maintaining project information, managing Asana work, and improving workflows while collaborating with the team.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a hybrid schedule and on-site Tuesdays in Coon Rapids. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of project-related work experience in a marketing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage tactics within Asana based on campaign plans and requests.
• Support project intakes, planning, scheduling, and execution with Project Manager.
• Manage projects and components with guidance to ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Administer workflows and forms within Asana to maintain accurate data.
• Monitor progress, capacity, and due dates; escalate risks as needed.
• Schedule meetings, distribute agendas and notes; route inbox requests to the team.
• Coordinate vendor communications and production logistics.
• Support improvement of templates, workflows, and system administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
