Job summary

True Talent Group is seeking an Assistant Marketing Project Manager to keep marketing campaigns on track. You will translate plans into actionable tactics, maintain Asana data, monitor timelines, and support vendor coordination.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays) and a salary range of $55,000–$60,000. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 2+ years of project management experience in marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience in a marketing environment.
• Asana experience preferred; advanced MS Office skills a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset aligned with mission goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing tactics in Asana from campaign plans and requests.
• Administer workflows, rules, automations, and forms for accuracy.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and team capacity; flag risks early.
• Escalate roadblocks quickly to the Project Manager.
• Schedule meetings; distribute agendas, notes, and actions.
• Manage shared inbox and escalate requests appropriately.
• Coordinate vendor communications, bids, and production logistics.
• Support continuous improvement of templates and workflows.
• Jump in to help the team stay organized and on track.
