Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the learning agenda for assigned programs in collaboration with the Consumer & Shopper Insight Teams (CSMI) and Product Management.
- Supporting the definition of the target consumer, value proposition, and portfolio segmentation through data and insights analysis.
- Supporting the design and delivery of the Go to Market Strategy by leading internal alignment within SEA and HQ stakeholders, delivering analysis to define Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM).
- Managing key agency relationships to develop foundational elements of the communication strategy, including translating the target consumer into addressable audiences and leading messaging strategy preparations.
- Co-leading the development of Integrated Marketing Communication plans, providing leadership to multifunctional teams including Media, Creative, Influencers, Brand Experience, Partnership, PR.
- Reviewing all communication assets, advertising, promotional materials, and press releases for brand consistency.
- Supporting performance management by ensuring campaigns, programs, and activations meet OGSM targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4-6 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or product marketing; experience in CPG or Electronics is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Consumer/Shopper/Category data with the ability to translate into actionable plans.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, willing to rapidly ramp up and lead strategy, partner selection, and measurement with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills across analytical and creative teams, focusing on performance-based marketing outcomes.
- Proven disruptive thinker capable of challenging the status quo to create new product marketing playbooks.
- Ability to articulate objectives clearly and ensure tactics support those objectives and measurement plans.
- Experience developing programs for Gen Z and Gen Alpha is a plus.
